This was a Halloween assignment. The teacher gave us a wordbank of words that we *had* to use
in the story. I have put those in bold.
Mr. Pumpkin Biter lives in a haunted house. Ten kids come to his house. A spider named Mr. Penny Biter jumps in someone's face. Then, a snake named Mr. Knife Biter twists around his legs and takes him away.
They see a vampire. He grabs a person! It's a full moon. They see a werewolf. It runs after the kids.
Then...the President of the United States of America walks in and says, "Leave these kids alone." Then, the werewolf runs after the President who then says, "If you don't, I'll raise taxes." Everyone says, "Again?" and the werewolf runs away.
A ghost scares everyone into a corner so that Mr. Penny Biter can bite them. Mr. Penny Biter is a paralyzing spider. He bites a girl and Mr. Pan Biter, a snake, wraps her up and takes her away.
Then, a coffin opens. It's the vampire. He is back! He attacks the kids and catches three. Next, a ghost runs up and takes three more kids.
Seven goblins come out, looking spooky. They scare the last person. He almost falls down a 12 mile hole, but he side steps it and gets in front of it.
Then, a ghost with a fang attacks him! He is very frightened, but he side steps, and the ghost falls down the 12 mile hole. The lights go out.
He trips over something, and when his face hits the floor, it is wet. The room is filling up with water, and he can't swim! He is very frightened, but he knows there must be a plug somewhere. He feels for it, finds it, and pulls it.
Then, he remembers he has a flashlight. He turns it on and finds the light switch.
He turns the light switch on just to see a cape...with a man in it. He walks over to it, but it runs so fast that he can not catch it. He notices some blood samples in the room. He wonders why they are there.
He then sees him, Mr. Pumpkin Biter, himself. He has his nine friends and will probably try to get him too. Then...there is an elephant stampede and the boy gets out of the way. While Mr. Pumpkin Biter is avoiding the elephants, the boy loads up his friends in a school bus and starts toward Mr. Pumpkin Biter's front door. These blasted haunted houses never have back doors.
